Terms of service

These terms apply when you use pumplab.se and our services, including our membership program PUMPLAB Loyalty. By using the site or creating an account, you accept these terms. Please read them before you shop, we have kept them as simple as we could.

These terms apply between you and PumpLabSupplements AB, company reg. no. 559392-1678 ("PUMPLAB", "we", "us"), Kungsängsvägen 17A, 753 23 Uppsala.

1. Acceptance of the terms

When you use our services or create an account, you agree to comply with these terms of service. If you do not, you should not use the services.

2. Definitions

Customer / you: you who shop with us or create an account.
Account: your personal customer account at pumplab.se.
Order: an order you place in our store.
Product: the goods we sell, primarily dietary supplements and sports nutrition.
Loyalty club / PUMPLAB Loyalty: our membership program, see section 11.

3. Formation of the agreement

When you place an order, you make a purchase offer. A binding purchase agreement arises only when we confirm your order, normally through an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right for goods to run out and for obvious errors, for example incorrect prices or product information. If a price is obviously incorrect, we are not obliged to deliver at that price. In that case, we contact you before we possibly cancel the order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT, unless otherwise indicated. If you shop from another country, the price may be shown in your local currency (EUR, DKK or NOK).
Shipping is added as shown at checkout before you pay.
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, including Klarna, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. If you choose Klarna, Klarna's own terms also apply, as shown at checkout.
When the payment is charged depends on the payment method you have chosen.

5. Delivery

We ship with DHL (pickup point, parcel locker or home delivery) and Early Bird Home Delivery. You can see which options are available at checkout.
The shipping cost is shown before you pay. Standard shipping normally costs around 49 kr and home delivery around 99 kr. For certain loyalty club tiers, shipping is discounted or free (see section 11).
The delivery time depends on the shipping method and is stated at purchase. We are responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you.
If you do not collect a parcel, it may be returned to us. We may then charge a fee for return shipping and handling.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). The withdrawal period is counted from the day you received the goods. If you wish to withdraw from a purchase, notify us at info@pumplab.se within the period.

Exception for dietary supplements: Sealed goods that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return are not covered by the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken. This applies, for example, to opened jars and powders. As long as the seal is unbroken, you can withdraw from the purchase.

7. Complaints and warranty

If an item is defective, you have the right to file a complaint about it under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). You have a three-year right to file a complaint from the time you received the goods. If you file a complaint within two months of discovering the defect, it is always considered to be in time.

Contact us at info@pumplab.se and we will help you. If the item is defective, we are responsible for putting it right in accordance with the law, for example by repairing, replacing or refunding.

8. Returns and refunds

How to make a return, who pays the return shipping and how refunds work are described in our refund policy.

In the case of an approved withdrawal or complaint, we refund within 14 days of receiving your return or your notice, using the same payment method you used, unless we have agreed otherwise.

9. Product information and responsibility for use

Our products are dietary supplements and food, not medicines. They are not intended to prevent, treat or cure disease.
Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Follow the recommended daily dose on the packaging.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have an illness, you should consult a doctor before using our products.
Some products, for example pre-workout, contain high levels of caffeine and are not suitable for children, pregnant women or people who are sensitive to caffeine.

10. Your account

For certain services, for example the membership program, you need an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct and for keeping your password secret.
You are responsible for what happens via your account. Contact us immediately if you believe someone unauthorized has used it.
An account is per person. You must be of legal age (18 years) to create an account.
We may suspend an account that is used in breach of the terms (see also section 11.8 on the membership program).

11. PUMPLAB Loyalty (membership program)

PUMPLAB Loyalty is our loyalty program. You earn points on your purchases, climb through tiers and receive benefits along the way. This section is part of the terms of service and applies to you as a member.

11.1 Definitions

The Program = PUMPLAB Loyalty. Member = you with a customer account at pumplab.se. Points = the points you earn and can redeem for a discount. Tier = your membership tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black). Benefit = what you receive at a given tier, in addition to faster points earning.

11.2 How you become a member

You are enrolled automatically when you create a customer account at pumplab.se. No separate registration. The Program and the points are personal. They cannot be transferred, sold or merged with anyone else's account.

11.3 Earn points

Active ways to earn points:

Purchases: 10 points per krona you spend, after all discounts, excluding shipping and VAT. You start earning points once you have reached the Silver tier.
Tier multiplier: Silver 1.0× · Gold 1.1× · Platinum 1.25× · Diamond 1.5× · Black 1.75×.
Create an account: +10,000 p. One-time per account, ever.
Birthday: +20,000 p per year on your birthday. You enter your birthday in the account settings. The birthday can only be set once.
Write a product review on Judge.me: +10,000 p per reviewed product you have actually bought. We verify that the product is in your order history. The bonus is given once per product and account. Points are credited within 10 minutes of the review being published.
Review us on Trustpilot: +10,000 p, one-time per account, ever. We do not verify that you have written a review, the bonus is granted in good faith. The bonus is credited 5-10 minutes after you click "Leave a review" from your account. Abuse is handled under section 11.8.

Refer a friend: +16,000 p · Follow Instagram: +4,000 p · Follow TikTok: +4,000 p. One-time per account, ever.

11.4 Redeem points

400 points = 1 kr discount (≈ 2.5% back). Minimum redemption 400 p. Slider in the cart, the discount is applied automatically at checkout. Max = the order's goods value. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred or merged between members/accounts.

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity = no purchase for 12 months. Every purchase resets the period. Expired points are removed and cannot be restored, and are not redeemed for money or other compensation.

Discounts cannot always be combined. The price at checkout is what applies (the cart may temporarily show the wrong price due to a delay).

11.5 Tiers

The purchase total is counted in SEK (foreign currency is converted). Your tier is permanent. A refund lowers the purchase total but not the tier. The only way to lose the tier is suspension for abuse (see 11.8).

11.6 Benefits per tier

Silver: earns points.
Gold: faster earning.
Platinum: free standard shipping (≤ 50 kr; premium home delivery gets a 50 kr discount).
Diamond: everything in Platinum + free product (manual, see 11.12).
Black: everything above + 10% discount on the range (regular price only, not sale) + Black Card (see 11.11).

11.7 Returns, refunds, cancellation

The purchase total is reduced by the refunded goods value (not shipping/VAT). Points are withdrawn for the refunded portion + any applied redemption. You keep the tier. Orders before 2026-06-21 do not earn points retroactively.

11.8 Abuse and cheating

We reserve the right to suspend the account, remove points and revoke the tier in the case of, for example: self-referral, false reviews (including a Trustpilot claim without an actual review), chargeback abuse, buy-and-return solely for points or to reach/keep a higher tier without having in practice paid, or attempts to circumvent how discounts/points are calculated. In the event of serious/repeated abuse: permanent suspension.

11.9 Changes to the Program

We give notice by email at least 30 days before material changes.

11.10 If the Program is discontinued

90 days' notice by email. You can redeem remaining points during the period. After that they are unusable.

11.11 Black Card

Physical card, sent separately, belongs to PUMPLAB (to be returned if the membership ends), replacement card for a fee.

11.12 Diamond: free product

Support contacts you within 7 days, the product is chosen in consultation, sent to the address on the account.

11.13 Tax

Points/discounts are personal purchase benefits, normally not taxable income for Swedish private individuals. Business owners: check with your accountant.

11.14 Personal data in the Program

See our privacy policy. If you delete the account, points, purchase total and tier are reset.

12. Discount codes and promotions

Valid during the stated period and on the terms specified per offer.
Not all discounts can always be combined, due to technical limitations at checkout. The price at checkout applies.
No cash value, cannot be exchanged for money.
We may revoke or block codes that are used incorrectly.

13. How you may use the service

You may not disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the service or the systems it relies on. Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

14. Reviews and content you share

You are responsible for ensuring that content you post is your own and does not violate the law or anyone else's rights. Publicly published content becomes visible to others. We may use and display it, and may remove content that breaches the terms.

15. Intellectual property

All content on pumplab.se (text, graphics, logos, images, software) belongs to PUMPLAB or our licensors. You may not use it without permission, beyond the normal use of the service.

16. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer legislation.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays/errors caused by circumstances beyond our control: strike, natural disaster, war, pandemic, government decisions or outages at carriers/payment providers. Our obligations are suspended for as long as the impediment persists.

18. Changes to the terms

The latest version is always available here with a date. Material changes to the membership program are notified separately (see 11.9). Continued use after entry into force = you accept the new version.

19. Applicable law and disputes

Swedish law. In the event of a dispute: the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) (whose recommendations we follow) or the general courts, with Uppsala District Court as the court of first instance. You can also use the EU ODR platform.
