Do my past purchases count?
Yes, your total historical spend counts toward your tier, so you start at the right tier the moment you join. Past purchases don't give you a points balance to redeem, though; you earn points from the moment you become a member.
How does our Loyalty Program work?
You earn 10 points for every krona you spend. You redeem the points for a discount right in the cart. The more you shop over time, the higher your tier, and a higher tier gives you a points multiplier and more benefits.
What are my points worth?
400 points equal 1 kr in discount. Since you earn 10 points per krona, that's 2.5% back on everything you buy, and even more the higher the tier you reach. Example: 1,000 kr in purchases = 10,000 points = 25 kr in discount.
How do I redeem my points?
In the cart you choose how many points you want to redeem for a discount on your purchase. 400 points equal 1 kr in discount.
How do I climb tiers?
Tiers are based on your total spend over time. When you pass a tier's threshold you move up permanently; you never lose a tier you've reached.
What do the different tiers give?
A higher tier gives a higher points multiplier and more benefits like free shipping, bonus points and more perks the further up you go. See the tier table above for exactly what each tier gives.
