How long is the delivery time?
We usually ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we have a 30-day return and exchange policy. The product must either have arrived damaged or in poor condition, or be unopened and in its original packaging.
Contact us at info@pumplab.se with your name and order number and describe the situation. If the product is damaged, attach photos. We'll send a prepaid return shipping label if the return is approved.
How do I track my order?
After your order you'll receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking code. Use it on DHL's website to follow your package. Didn't get a code or run into a problem? Contact us at info@pumplab.se and we'll help you.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over 750 kr.

Can I change my order?
