How long is the delivery time?
We normally ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping option, but most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days within Sweden.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link from DHL. Click the link to follow your package. Haven't received an email? Check your spam folder or contact us at info@pumplab.se.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over 750 kr. Below that amount, a shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We pack orders quickly, so changes can be difficult after an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible at info@pumplab.se and we'll do our best before it ships.
Do you deliver outside Sweden?
Yes! We currently deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, but we're constantly working to expand to more EU countries. Stay tuned!
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return a product?
Contact us at info@pumplab.se with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label straight to your email. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
How long is the return period?
You have 30 days to return from the date you receive your order.
Can I exchange a product for another?
We don't offer direct exchanges, but you can return the product and place a new order. Contact us and we'll help you through the process.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us right away at info@pumplab.se with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you don't need to return the damaged product.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Klarna, Swish, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay.
Can I pay with Klarna?
Absolutely! We offer Klarna as a payment option at checkout. You can choose to pay now, split the payment or pay later.
Is it safe to shop with you?
Yes. All payments are handled via Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
When am I charged?
You're charged immediately at the time of purchase, regardless of payment method (unless you choose Klarna with installments or "pay later").

Where are your products made?
Our products are developed and made in Sweden with carefully selected raw materials.
Are your products tested?
Yes, all our products undergo third-party laboratory testing to ensure quality, purity and correct dosage.
Do your products contain allergens?
Allergen information is on every product page under ingredients. Some products may contain traces of milk or soy. Unsure? Contact us at info@pumplab.se.
How do I best store the products?
Store cool and dry, protected from direct sunlight. Always close the packaging properly after use.
How do I know which product suits me?
Every product page has detailed information about ingredients and use. Need personal advice? Send an email to info@pumplab.se and we'll help you find the right one.
Account
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, an account makes it easier to track orders and save your information for next time.
How do I create an account?
Click the account icon in the navigation and choose "Create account". Fill in your details and you're ready.
I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. You'll get an email with a reset link.

How do I start a partnership with PumpLab?
The best way to start a partnership with us is to send an expression of interest to info@pumplab.se. Introduce yourself, the structure of the partnership, goals and other relevant information.
Are you available at retailers?
Of course! PumpLab works with many carefully selected retailers who sell our products. Right now we're available at several online wholesalers and many gyms around the country.
How do I leave a review?
7 days after your order you'll receive an email inviting you to leave a review through Judge.me. If you want to leave a review earlier, or one about the website, you'll find links to Trustpilot's review service at the bottom of our pages. We appreciate and value all feedback from our customers.
How do I become a PumpLab retailer?
Email info@pumplab.se and tell us briefly about your business and which products you're looking for. After that you'll be connected with a salesperson who offers our price list and various starter packages.
