PUMPLAB Supplements: Shipping Policy
Here you will find our shipping terms: where we deliver, what it costs, how long it takes and what happens if something goes wrong. Full purchase terms are found in our terms of service.
1. Where we deliver
We ship to all of the Nordics with the following exceptions: Iceland, Åland, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
2. Shipping methods and fees
Deliveries are made via DHL (pickup point, parcel locker or home delivery) throughout our entire delivery area, and via Early Bird Home Delivery for home delivery within selected areas in Sweden. You can see which options are available for your address at checkout before you pay.

The shipping fee is added at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.
3. Free shipping
Free standard delivery within Sweden is included when the order value exceeds 750 kr.
If you are a member of PUMPLAB Loyalty, you also have the following benefits:
- Platinum: lowered free-shipping threshold to 550 kr for standard delivery.
- Diamond and Black: free standard delivery on all orders, regardless of order value.
If you choose home delivery as a Platinum, Diamond or Black member, you get 50 kr off the shipping cost. Free shipping applies to standard delivery: premium home delivery always carries a fee, with the discount mentioned above.

4. Shipping Protection (optional package protection)
At checkout you can choose to add Shipping Protection, an optional package protection that gives you extended coverage beyond the rights you already have under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
What Shipping Protection covers:
- Lost packages: if your package disappears after drop-off at a pickup point or parcel locker, for example through theft from the collection point, we replace the order without you having to prove what happened.
- Damage after the packaging has been opened: if a product turns out to be damaged after you have opened it (e.g. a leaked lid that has ruined the powder), we cover compensation without you having to send the item back.
- Significant delays: if your delivery is heavily delayed, we compensate you in addition to a refund, for example with bonus points to PUMPLAB Loyalty or a gift card.
How it works:
- The protection is added per order at checkout for a fee. The price is shown before you pay.
- In the event of a claim, you contact info@pumplab.se: we only need your order number and a short description of what happened (a photo in case of damage is appreciated).
- We handle the matter directly without a complaint investigation and refund or resend the item according to your choice.
What Shipping Protection does not cover:
- The wrong address entered by you when ordering (see section 9).
- Uncollected packages that are returned to us (see section 8).
- Damage or loss caused by you after receipt.
Without Shipping Protection, your normal rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and our terms of service apply: you always get the protection the law gives you, whether or not you bought package protection. Shipping Protection adds a faster process and broader coverage for things that can otherwise be difficult to get compensation for.
5. Delivery time
- Orders placed before 15:00 on business days are normally packed the same day.
- Sweden: normally 1-3 business days after the order is dispatched.
- Rest of the Nordics: normally 3-5 business days after the order is dispatched.
We do not pack or collect packages on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and other red-letter days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are packed the next business day.
During promotions and holiday seasons, delivery time may become longer. We will notify you of major delays by email.
6. Tracking
Once we have prepared your package, you will receive an email with a tracking link. There you can follow the package from our warehouse all the way to you.
7. Responsibility during transport
We are responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you or the collection point you chose. If the package is damaged on receipt, or contains something that is not right, contact info@pumplab.se and we will sort it out. Please photograph any damage to the packaging before you open it: it helps us work out what happened.
8. Uncollected packages
If you do not collect a package within the collection period, it is returned to us. We may then charge a fee for return shipping and handling that covers our costs. If you want the package sent out again, a new shipping fee applies. See also the refund policy, section 5 for what happens if we do not hear from you after an uncollected package.
9. Wrong address or changed details
Check the address before you confirm your purchase. If you have entered the wrong address, or want to change the delivery address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@pumplab.se. If the package has already been sent, we cannot always change the delivery.
